These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sophia AI Voice Assistant desktop software ("Sophia", "Software", "Service"), provided by MoboDevs ("we", "us", "our") under mobodevs.net.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, launching, or using Sophia AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. Description of Service & Application Purpose

Sophia AI is a local-first, autonomous desktop voice assistant designed for Microsoft Windows operating systems. The software utilizes real-time speech processing, AI subagents, and native Windows automation to assist users with system management, hands-free computer control, and workflow acceleration.

3. License & Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MoboDevs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run Sophia AI on your authorized Windows device.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble binary components of the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose, unauthorized network penetration, or violation of third-party rights.
Circumvent or tamper with cryptographic device licensing mechanisms.

4. User Accounts & Google Authentication

Users may authenticate their account via Google OAuth 2.0 ("Sign in with Google"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access. You agree that your use of Google Sign-In complies with all applicable Google Terms of Service and Policies.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Sophia AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While Sophia is designed with safety controls and permissions, MoboDevs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from software operation, system modifications, or third-party service downtime.

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sophia AI after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
